As a native New Yorker originally from downstate, I fell in love with the Hudson Valley during a sightseeing trip over a decade ago—a connection that eventually led me to make Kingston my permanent home. Captivated by the region’s rich history, vibrant art scene, and incredible landscape, I bring both deep local appreciation and a unique professional background to every transaction.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Lehigh University, a Master’s degree in Education from St. John’s University, and advanced credentials in educational leadership. Joining Hudson Valley Real Estate Brokerage was a natural alignment for me, as I strongly share founder Stefan Sanzi’s dedication to revitalizing Kingston and the surrounding communities—breathing new life into neglected properties and restoring them to their former glory for local families to call home.
Combining an architectural background with three decades of experience as a dedicated educator, school administrator, and varsity head coach, I offer my clients a distinct advantage. I bring an eye for structural potential to light, guide complex negotiations with strategic clarity, and support every buyer and seller with the patient, step-by-step guidance of a master teacher.
